Look like all these Pack/Boosters will appear in Card Shop, as alot of the descriptions mentions the word ‘BUY’. Maybe the shop will open when They Discontinue old Pack/Booster from YU-GI-OH Online 1 (307 or Booster Pack 30 is the Last Booster from YU-GI-OH Online 1)
When Tactical Evolution release Booster No.30/307 will discontinue maybe all Booster Packs will available at the same time? (No release date of Tactical Evolution yet)
When YU-GI-OH Online Duel Evolution first release I heard some rumour about All Cards are in Pack/Available it’s true or not we need to wait and see.
Source0 also found the following quote in the code now, (didnt notice it before:)

Look like it’s confirm now that Card Shop is an upgrade version of old Mileage System you can exchange your Mileage Point for Single Cards, Booster Packs, Avatar Parts in Card Shop no release date of it yet Just wait and see.

I just hope that Mp´s can be earned by dueling real duelists or NPC duelists ,too !
Because the system with 1Mp per Duelpass ist more than crap ! Sorry for this expression
but imagine! Things will defenitly have prizes from i think 5 up to 50 Mp´s ? I dont know ..but that means that we have no other choice than just spending much money again…

Card shop will not open until Pack45 is Release and Pack30 is Release So ARound October since we should get Pack45 by least estimated Oct 12 thats what i am thinking if u check the weeks how may it came u should know when Next Pack is

1 Booster Pack for 150 MP I don’t know How they calculate MP in Card Shop (Maybe your Mileage Point you have now X100=MP in Card Shop) I hope there are other way to earn it not only from Duel Pass.

i am not sure about that spiritofsword it might be the same MP like The Ds games and GBA but who knows What Konami will do i am only about 50% sure that konami Might do that it might be little cheaper then 150 but it might just follow the GBA and the DS what ever the Duel Pt Cost there it might be the SAME of the Mileage but maybe it be lesser 150

Look like from now on Duel Pass will follow Character deck (“Legend Ojamaster” = Manjoume Thunder Deck now with “Rainbow Overdrive” = Johan Deck what next? If it’s Marufuji Ryo’s Deck It’s Perfect Cyber Dragon will drop down in value.
Even all This Future Booster Packs are not All same Type Cards Booster, It’s still great to help Duelist finding Cards like Basic Set that coming with Scapegoat
There are some news card too (Blue Eyes White Dragon Alt Art coming with Dragon’s Pride Booster) hope there are more news cards in it.

I think everyone careas what card value on yugioh online but to me i dont care what the card values are because its so Lamo They should just for like Rares cards should be all under 10 CDS Below not over because i seen everyone just offering more 10 cds and thats How they end up being a SCAMMER i think all cards should be worth only 10 cds because Too Many SCAMMERS ARound on this YUGIOH ONLINE GAME
